55years Men referred from Berbera regional hospital with new onset of typical chest pain. ECG showed Acute Inferio Posterior Myocardial infarction (Heart attack). The patient was haemodynamically unstable. Echo showed Reduced LV function, RWMA in infro posterior wall territory. The patient received appropriate management, Coronary angiogram followed by Primary Angioplasty was done to RCA.
